SHIPPING POLICIES

We offer various shipping options in order to best meet your needs.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery mode and destination (please refer to the table below). You shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We try to ship all orders within 2 working days.

Expected delivery times should be taken as a guide only. Moreover, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes in regard to the shipping date.

We'd like to inform you that during sales, shipments may be delayed by up to 2-3 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience.

RETURN POLICIES

 

Returns are always free of charge within 15 days of receipt.

You can choose to:
- Autonoumously ship back your return by completing the Return Authorization request that you can find online in the relevant area
- Request the return authorization creation contacting our Customer Care team
- Return the item to one of our boutiques. You can click here to find more about the available boutiques

Please remember that this information does not apply in the case of :
- Customized items and limited-edition sneakers;
- Food&Beverage products;
- Furthermore, for hygiene and safety reasons, Beauty products cannot be refunded once opened.

Alternatively, you are also free to choose another courier of your choice. However, in this case, the return shipping costs must be borne by you and these will not be reimbursed.

Please note that if a different courier is used, this may slow down the return process and the resulting refund.

If your order has been shipped outside of the EU and UK, the taxes and customs duty cannot be refunded by us: you can contact your local Customs Office, they might help you recover those costs.
