You can return your order by requesting a return within 15 days from delivery by following these simple steps:
1. ACCESS THE "RETURN AUTHORIZATION" SECTION
Proceed in one of these two ways:
- If you are a registered user: you can access the “Orders” section in your account by clicking here. Find the order that contains the product or products that you would like to return and click on “Return product” and then follow the steps.
- If you are not registered: access the “Return Authorisation” section, found here.
For EU countries
Fill out and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was sent with your order.
Place it inside the package together with the packaged items ready to be returned.
I've lost the Return Proforma Invoice. How can I get a new one?
For non-EU countries
Fill out and sign the Return Proforma Invoice that was sent with your order.
Make 4 copies so that you have 5 invoices in total. Place one inside the package together with the packaged items ready to be returned. Give the other 4 to the courier when they pick up the return as they are required for customs clearance.
I've lost the Return Proforma Invoice. How can I get a new one?
2. ATTACH THE RETURN LABEL
Attach the returns label to the outside of the package. It will have been sent together with your order.
I have lost the return label. How can I obtain another copy?
3. CALL THE COURIER AND SHIP
Contact the courier within 15 days of requesting the "Return Authorization" to book the package collection, consulting the details in the “How to book a return” section.

RETURNS IN THE BOUTIQUE
You can return orders placed online to one of our Authorized Boutiques simply by going to the store within 15 days of receiving your order.
To check the enabled Boutiques, enter your zip code within our store locator and select the “Return in store” filter. Alternatively, we recommend that you view the "SERVICES" section on your preferred Boutique page to check whether the "Return in store" service is available.
Please ensure you have the following documents:
- A valid ID;
- The order confirmation in email format (including mobile version).
Before refunding your order, we will check the returned items in accordance with our returns policies (you can find more details at the following link). The time it takes for a return refund processed in the Boutique to show up in your account depends on your banking procedures and payment method.
Certain categories of products cannot be returned, including:
- Personalised items;
- Limited-edition sneakers;
- Food&Beverage products;
- Beauty products*.
*For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once the protective film has been removed, while all products in the make-up section cannot be returned under any circumstances.
If you wish for another person to return an order on your behalf, make sure they have the following documents:
- A copy of your ID;
- A valid ID of the person making the return;
- The order confirmation in email format (including mobile version);
- A printed and signed authorization letter.
If your order was shipped outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, unfortunately we cannot refund taxes and customs duties. Please contact your local Customs Office, which may be able to help you recover these costs.
