Yes, you can place an order online and pick it up at one of our Boutiques.
At checkout, you will find the "Pick up in store" option among the available shipping methods. At that point you can choose one of our Boutiques where pickup is available.
To check all enabled Boutiques, you can enter your zip code in our store locator and select the "Pick up in store" filter. Alternatively, you can view the "SERVICES" section on your favorite Boutique page to check whether the "Pick up in store" service is available.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
To collect your order, you will need to have the following with you:
- The order confirmation email containing the barcode;
- A valid ID;
It is possible for another person to pick up the order on your behalf. In this case, it will be necessary to show:
- The order confirmation email containing the barcode;
- A valid ID;
- A printed and signed authorization letter;
- A copy of your ID.
We are happy to store your order in the Boutique for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt.
If your order is not collected within this time period, we will refund it using the payment method you used during purchase.
